Rootwave Technologies, LLC was founded to bring a new kind of software to industries where the work is real, the rules are strict, and the off-the-shelf options are bad.
We build and run operating systems — single-database platforms that cover an operator's full workflow, from sourcing to settlement, with a built-in AI layer that actually understands how the business works. One platform. One source of truth. One vendor to call.
Most enterprise software is generic ERP with industry vocabulary swapped in. Operators in physical, multi-stage, regulated businesses know the difference. We've been on the receiving end of that software, and we got tired of it.
How we're structured
Rootwave Technologies is the operating company. Customers contract with Rootwave, pay Rootwave, and have their support and sales relationships with Rootwave.
The technology underneath our platforms is licensed from Manifold Foundry, a separate company that owns and develops the underlying infrastructure. Manifold builds; Rootwave runs. Splitting the two means the platform can keep evolving across markets and industries without compromising the operator-facing business.
Practically speaking, you don't need to think about Manifold to work with us. We mention it here because we want the structure to be clear.
